He attempted various enterprises in an effort to obtain financial freedom which he did not achieve as a result of his traditional education. He engaged in the real estate market, but it was with Corporate Housing Arbitrage that he was able to achieve financial freedom and resign from his 9-5 job. He has since mentored over a hundred students to attain their financial freedom through Cooperate Housing Arbitrage, trying to fulfill his mission to help others achieve financial independence.

Dr. Xerxez Calilung has provided patients with healthier, more beautiful smiles since 1991. As a 3rd generation Irvine dentist, Dr. Calilung practices comprehensive dental care in a family-oriented environment. Dr. Calilung is very involved with organized dentistry both at state and national level, the California Dental Association and the American Dental Association respectively. From 1993-2018, he has served as adjunct faculty at USC Dental School and volunteered his Fridays with the clinical dental students.
